Prevalence of High BP Worldwide: 1/3rd
Increase in Hypertension( BP above 140/90 mm Hg ): Doubled between 1990&2019
Lack of Awareness : Nearly Half unaware of the condition
Distribution: More than three-quarters of adults with hypertension live in low- and middle-income countries
